How it works

From pasture to freezer in three steps

  1. 01

    Reserve your share

Choose a quarter, half, or whole beef or pork share and place a deposit. We group reservations until the animal is fully spoken for.

  2. 02

    We schedule processing

Once fully reserved, we coordinate with our processor. You work directly with them on your cut sheet so every package is exactly how you want it.

  3. 03

    Pick up at the farm

You get a notification with pickup windows. Drive out to 95th and Yellowstone, load up your coolers, and wave at the dogs.

Hands on

Our commitment

Maddie collects eggs before school. August helps move the cattle every Saturday. This is not a side project. This is who we are.
